 Kapalbhati Pranayama ek prakar ka yogasan hai jo shvas tantra ko sudharne aur sharir ko swasth rakhne ke liye kiya jata hai. Iske kuch pramukh fayde hain:



**1. Shvas Tantra Sudhar:** Kapalbhati Pranayam lungs ko saaf karta hai, jisse shvas tantra sudharne mein madad milti hai.


**2. Pachan Shakti Mein Sudhar:** Is yogasan se pachan shakti mai sudhar hota hai, jisse pet se judi samasyaon mein aaram milta hai.


**3. Stress Kam Karne Mai Madad:** Regular practice se stress kam hota hai aur mind shant rehta hai.


**4. Motapa Kam Karne Mai Sahayak:** Kapalbhati se calories burn hoti hai, jisse motapa kam hota hai.


**5. Sharir Ko Detoxify Karna:** Is pranayam se sharir ke toxins bahar nikalte hain, jisse sharir swasth rehta hai.


**6. Blood Pressure Control:** Kapalbhati se rakt chap control mein rehta hai.


Lekin iske kuch nuksan bhi hain:


**1. Pregnancy Mein Savdhanai:** Garbhavastha mein is pranayam se bachna chahiye.


**2. Hernia ya Heart Conditions:** Hernia ya dil se judi samasyaon ke case mein isko avoid karna chahiye.


**3. Migraine ya Headache:** Agar aapko migraine ya sir dard hai to is pranayam se bachna chahiye.


**4. Kisi Bimari Ke Dauran:** Kisi bhi bimari ke dauran ya surgery ke baad is pranayam se pahle doctor ki salah lena chahiye.


Yadi aapko koi health condition hai, toh is pranayam ko shuru karne se pehle doctor ya yoga instructor se consult karna uchit rahega.
